As a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer, I provide targeted strength training designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and elevate overall athletic performance. Whether you’re an athlete aiming to increase speed, agility, and power or someone recovering from surgery, strains, or sports-related injuries, I develop customized programs that support your goals. My approach blends performance enhancement with corrective exercises to fix muscular imbalances, improve posture, and prevent future injuries.

To support full-body wellness and faster recovery, I also offer a range of restorative services, including cupping, scraping therapy, TENS unit therapy, and NormaTec recovery boots. Each service is designed to reduce soreness, improve mobility, and help you perform at your best—both in and out of the gym.
